In Archival & Poetic Self Exercise, Sisters Hope invites you to a sensory and performative experience beginning with The Poetic Self – a poetic meditation guiding you to explore your own inner poetic landscape. This exercise is a central part of Sisters Hope's unique performance method, creating a space for immersion, reflection, and sensory presence. From there, the experience moves into The Archive, Sisters Hope's performative archive, which has been brought to Kunsten as part of the exhibition Sisters Hope & Kunsten. The archive is activated through a performative action that builds upon the poetic exercise. Archival & Poetic Self Exercise is based on Sisters Hope & Kunsten, where the performance group has engaged works from Kunsten's collection in their unique sensory performance universe, creating a poetic alternative to our busy surroundings. Here, you are not just a viewer but invited to step in, immerse yourself, and actively participate in the exhibition. Join one of four performances: two on September 2 and two on October 18, which is also the final day of the Sisters Hope & Kunsten exhibition.
