During the autumn school holiday, you can participate in a guided tour every weekday at the Bunker Museum in Hirtshals to learn about the German bunker installations that played a vital role in defense during World War II. The tour visits several of the approximately 70 bunkers that made up the German 10th Battery, including living quarters, hospital, and kitchen bunkers. You will also have the opportunity to walk through the trenches connecting the bunkers and gain insight into the life of a German soldier stationed in the area. Children and youth under 18 years have free admission.
