Evening Singing with Anne Wraae

Join Anne Wraae for an evening of traditional Danish folk songs and stories. Anne, co-founder of Sysselkoret, shares songs from her extensive choir and teaching experience. Free admission, no registration required.

Enjoy a cozy evening of communal singing led by Anne Wraae, an experienced choir conductor and educator. Anne will guide participants through a selection of traditional Danish folk songs, enriched with personal stories from her long career in choir leadership and education. Since 1991, Anne has been actively involved in choir work, including co-founding Hjørring's first rhythmic choir, Sysselkoret. Bjarke Langkjær, also a co-founder, will accompany on piano. The songs are carefully chosen from Anne's many years in the school environment. Everyone is welcome to join in the singing. The event is free of charge and requires no prior registration.
