During the summer holidays, children can experience an 1890s merchant shop at the Coastal Museum in Sæby and complete fun challenges to become skilled merchants like in the old days.

Join us at the Coastal Museum in Sæby during the summer holidays, where children and adults can explore an authentic merchant shop from 1890. Children will complete fun and educational tasks to become skilled merchants as in the past. Activities include using the old scale, learning to read the merchant's ledger, writing shopping lists in cursive, and gaining knowledge about colonial goods from that era.
