Ovartaci Course: Gouache, Watercolor, and Pencil

Would you like to try your hand at painting or take your artistic expression to the next level? This special painting course invites you into Ovartaci's universe and working methods.

Over three evenings, we explore how Ovartaci created his wild, captivating, and imaginative artworks—from the initial strokes to the distinctive figures and atmospheres. This course is designed for those who want to experiment with materials and explore the possibilities of using different media while gaining insight into Ovartaci's practice from within. Along the way, you will experience how ideas, materials, and personal reflections can emerge and develop during your creative process. If you have attended painting courses at Kunsten before, you are welcome to join again, as each course focuses on a new exhibition, artist, relevant techniques, and specific methods.
