Late Summer Snapsetur (Herbal Schnapps Tour)

Join our nature guide for a tour on the heath to discover herbs and berries used for making traditional Danish herbal schnapps (Bjesk). The tour begins and ends at Skagen Odde Nature Centre, with a chance to taste some of the centre's own Bjesk.

Experience the natural bounty of the heathland with our knowledgeable nature guide as you explore and identify herbs and berries that can be used to craft traditional Danish herbal schnapps, known as Bjesk. The tour starts and finishes at Skagen Odde Nature Centre, where participants will have the opportunity to sample some of the centre's own homemade Bjesk. This guided outdoor experience combines nature exploration with culinary tradition, perfect for those interested in local flora and Danish heritage.
